Meet Kobe, a handsome Domestic Shorthair mix with soulful eyes, a gentle heart, and a quiet way of making himself right at home. At 3 years and 4 months old, this extra-large gentleman weighs 21 pounds and is ready to trade shelter life for a cozy spot in a loving home. Kobe is the kind of cat who appreciates life's simple pleasures. Picture him stretched out in a warm sunbeam, perched at a window watching birds flutter by, or curled up in a soft blanket-filled armchair enjoying a peaceful afternoon. He loves plush toys, catnip toys, tasty Churu treats, wet food toppers, and Temptations snacks, but his favorite reward may be the gentle companionship of someone he trusts. While Kobe can be a little shy when meeting new people, he blossoms into a loyal and affectionate companion once he feels comfortable. He enjoys ear scratches, chin rubs, brushing sessions, and quietly leaning against his favorite person while they relax together. He appears to be litter trained, gets along well with other cats, is comfortable around children, and can happily entertain himself when left alone. Because he prefers a calmer environment and is not recommended for a home with dogs, he would thrive in a peaceful household where he can settle in at his own pace. Kobe's vaccinations are up to date, and he may benefit from some weight management support and regular brushing to help him look and feel his best.
