Meet the one-of-a-kind Melpert aka Marcel! A once shy cat, a switch flipped and he learned the appeal of humans. Especially ones that give belly rubs! At meal time Marcel can be found flopping down in front of you, trying to get pets. During the day he is soaking up attention from his fosters or playing with their cats.
