My Story

Seamus O'Reilly and his bonded brother Max yearn to return to the Emerald Isle of a peaceful and quiet family home! These anything-but-wee lads are eagerly hoping you might be that lucky pot-o-gold at the end of the rainbow they've been praying to the Faes for! Seamus and Max were originally adopted from PAWS when they were, in fact, actual wee lads. Unfortunately, as time is wont to do as it may, their owner passed away, but made sure they had support and a path back to us to help them find their way home again. Seamus, our soft spoken ginger poet, has taken it pretty hard and is still keeping more to himself here at the shelter. His always dapper mate Max, with his permanently pressed tuxedo apparel, is also pretty shy but will cross the room to ask you for a dance without too much coaxing. Both boys are used to a quieter home with a small circle of friends, so they don't really have a vibrant history around children or other animals. They'd be happiest in a home that mirrors that, so preferrably adults-only and not too many visitors. Both Seamus and Max has some minor dental work when coming back to us, getting a cleaning a few extractions each. Seamus also was diagnosed with early stage kidney disease, but at the moment that doesn't require any medications or a special diet (it just means it likely will someday soon). ------------------------------------ This cat is currently located at PAWS Old City Adoption Center located at 100 North 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
