Banshee

Banshee - ID 3 44296 8 month old female Hound, weighs 40 lbs. Banshee was picked up as a stray and was extremely scared and timid at first. She is slowly coming out of her shell and learning to trust people. She needs a family who will understand that she will need time and patience in her new home. Adjusting from running free to a loud, stressful shelter, to a forever home will definitely take time and lots of reassurance. She walks slowly and timidly on the leash and she is not at all reliable off leash. A fenced in yard would be helpful but as along as the fence is high enough she can't jump it. She would do well with another canine in the home to help her acclimate though we always recommend a meet and greet with any dogs you already have in the home.
