Sailing from North Carolina to Florida, escaping the catastrophe left behind by Hurricane Helene, she’s now on the lookout for a new best friend. Dotty is an incredibly sweet cat who will adore being your constant companion. She’ll stick to you like glue, always curious about what you're up to, and eager to be involved in everything. If you’re looking for a feline friend to share all your moments with, Dotty is your girl! Though she isn't bonded to any specific kitten in her foster home, she does favorite her one eyed friend, Winky. They are often seen wrestling and playing around their foster home.
