My Story

Meet Figaro, a stunning black domestic longhair with a heart as gorgeous as his coat and his FABULOUS tail! This adventurous and affectionate boy is already neutered and ready to bring joy to your home. Smart as a whip and full of kitten energy, Figaro loves to explore and connect with the people around him. If you're looking for a charming feline companion who's both playful and loving, come say hello - I promise you'll fall head over paws for this handsome guy! All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. Fill out an application to adopt at freeborncountyhs.org When transitioning your new pet home please allow for at least 4-6 weeks for your pet to adjust to their new home. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Please review all basic adoption requirements listed on our website before applying. We take finding the right homes for the animals in our care very seriously. They deserve nothing but the best! Please allow 2-7 days for applications to be processed. If an animal is listed in foster care, these pets are not at our facility, but are in foster care homes. They are still available for adoption, and meet and greets are done with pre-approved applicants only. If you have any questions feel free to send us an email at [email protected], send us a message on Facebook, or call or text 507-377-8501.
