My Story

Percy is six years old. She is an absolute love! She meows for attention when a volunteer arrives, and takes a nap after her food and some well deserved pets and brushing. The perfect lap cat! She had a rough start, living in a feral cat colony in Albany, but a caring woman took her in when she saw how gentle and loving Percy is. Unfortunately that lady had to move to care for her elderly mother and cats are not allowed. She made sure Kitten Angels could take Percy and find her a forever home. If you or someone you know has a lap that needs to be filled, here she is! Percy also likes to follow you around for company. She gets along with other cats and we think she would be ok with a polite dog with a proper introduction. She would be fine with gentle children, too. All the volunteers at Glenmont Petsmart love her. Fill out the application below and come meet this special cat at Glenmont today! If you are interested in this beauty or any of our other angels, you can complete an adoption application online at: https://kittenangels.org/adopt-3/ Please indicate on the adoption application that you are interested in Percy fostered by Karen/Glenmont. Please note, fosters do get final approval for any adoption as they are most familiar with the personalities of their foster kittens and cats. Kitten Angels is a non profit, volunteer organization. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $175.00 must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
