My Story

SMOKEY is a stunning, long-haired boy who came in as a stray, but was neutered and is microchipped. We were so excited as we thought it would be easy to reunite him with his people! However, all attempts to find his former guardian went unanswered. Obviously, SMOKEY was loved as he is so sweet and has known caring hands. Someone loved him enough to have him neutered and microchipped! He is so young, he can't have lived as a stray for long, so what the heck happened? But he is with us now and we will help him find a new loving family. SMOKEY loves attention and will reach for you for more if you walk away. He also is vocal and will politely ask you why you've stopped petting him. As a stray, we do not know how he will be with other cats, dogs or children. However, SMOKEY is so affectionate, with proper, slow introduction, he should be fine with a non-aggressive dog or cat sibling. Children show always be old enough to understand about soft, gentle touch, no squeezing hugs and always let go of the kitty when he wants to get down. SMOKEY is just the sweetest guy, and he would be a wonderful addition to any family! Maybe yours?
