My Story

Meet Camo, a fun-loving and well-rounded dog who is more than ready to find a home of his own after spending time in the kennel environment since November 2025. Currently thriving in foster care, Camo has truly blossomed outside of the shelter and continues to show everyone what an amazing companion he can be. Camo is the perfect mix of adventurous and laid back. He loves being active and would thrive with a person or family who enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, playtime, and keeping him mentally engaged. Whether he is going for a walk, playing with his favorite toys, splashing around in water, or learning something new, Camo is always excited to be part of the action. At the same time, he settles nicely in the home and enjoys relaxing with his people after a day of fun. In foster care, Camo has shown himself to be incredibly smart and eager to learn. He picks up new commands and tricks quickly and enjoys working with his humans. He is crate trained, potty trained, and has excellent house manners. Camo also does well with both large and small dogs and has a friendly, social personality with people. After spending months in a kennel setting, Camo is more than ready for stability, consistency, and a family to call his own. He has so much love, personality, and companionship to offer and would make an excellent addition to many different types of homes. Camo is currently in foster care and is not physically located at our facility. If you are interested in meeting Camo, please contact our foster care coordinator at [email protected] to set up a meet and greet.
