Meet Ellie Mae, a delightful 2-year-old Blue Heeler weighing just under 40 pounds. Spayed and up-to-date on vaccines and prevention, Ellie is a bundle of love and joy. She adores spending time with her humans and has a gentle touch with her toys, never destroying them. Like most heelers, she is a velcro dogs and is happy as long as she is with her person. Ellie is housebroken and kennel trained, making her a well-mannered addition to any home. She happily sleeps on her bed or joins you on yours when you’re home. Currently, Ellie lives with three other dogs, playing nicely with two of them. However, her playful energy can be too much for the older Golden Retriever in the house. Ellie tends to have higher energy, but can also match the energy of her environment and settles down nicely. She walks great on leash and will walk right beside you without wandering off. Ellie has also been around cows and horses, showcasing her versatility. She has also been around barn kittens and has done well. She’s ready to bring her sweet nature and playful spirit to a loving forever home.
