Roady

Roady does need another confident dog in his new home! Roady was found in a crate on the side of a road in CA on July 4th with No food or water!! We can't even begin to imagine how terrifying that must have been for this sweet boy. Because of this he is scared and will take quite some time to settle in and learn to trust. Roady does great with other dogs so a confident sibling in his new home will help him a lot. He likes to go for walks but will need someone who can handle him as he is scared and does pull quite a bit. With time this should ease up as he gets more comfortable and gains confidence. Taking things slow is key with Roady, he needs time, space, and someone who has the patience to work at his pace and not rush him. He takes treats nicely, enjoys sitting outside as long as not near any busy streets as the loud sounds tend to startle him. He loves playing with his kennel mate Noah, and even has started showing interest in toys!
