A SWEET FRIEND IS WAITING FOR YOU: Approx. 3 years old / Approx. 31 lbs. Hi, my name’s Willa! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and am soaking up all the love and good care I am receiving from the volunteers at the shelter. I have now gotten the good news that I am ready to find a family of my very own to love and be loved by, so come meet me! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I haven’t met other dogs at Mostly Mutts yet, though I am not shy about talking to the ones I see on my walks. I’ll meet dogs soon at MM, so if you have a dog already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a friendly girl with a sweet, playful and gentle nature. I’m a people dog and get a bit jumpy when I know they are coming to spend time with me. In my excitement, I can be a little hard to leash – but I am just so happy to see you! One example of how quickly I trust people is my recent shelter bath. I was unsure of the bath sprayer, but my bather just held me near so I could tuck my head into her chest and then, I just watched her and accepted a nice bath. I’m playful and loving – ready to bring joy to my new family! / My energy level is 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I am learning lots of great doggie commands with my trainer. I’ve mastered quite a few commands: ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘leave it’. I’ll be learning even more, so check back to see my progress. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts. / I've had very few accidents on the shelter schedule, so I think I’ll do well in my new home once I adjust to our schedule. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I’m a cuddly girl who loves laps. I’m also interested in toys, so – let’s play! / I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I am looking for a wonderful furever home with a loving family for life! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
